These terms govern your use of BizPhoto ("the App"). By using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You provide one selfie; the App generates a set of professional-looking portraits from it. Generation is performed by third-party AI image models, listed in our Privacy Policy.
You can browse and take photos without an account. Signing in with Apple is required before any photo is uploaded or generated. You are responsible for the Apple ID you sign in with. You may close your account at any time from Me → Delete My Data; closing it deletes your photos and is not reversible. If you sign in again afterwards you are treated as a new user, and previously granted free credits are not re-issued.
You may upload only a photograph of yourself, which you have the right to use. You may not upload:
We may refuse or stop a generation that appears to violate this section, and may close accounts that do so repeatedly.
Generation is paid for with credits. Credits can be granted free of charge (once per account), bought as a credit pack, or included in a subscription. Current prices are shown in the App and on the App Store; the App Store page prevails.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one through Apple's support. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple ID settings; cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current period. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are forfeited when you close your account.
If a purchase is charged but credits are not delivered, contact us and we will re-issue them.
The App is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Uploaded selfies and generated photos expire 30 days after upload; export them if you want to keep them.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including loss of business or reputation from the use of a generated photo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above changes, and material changes are announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the operator's registered address in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
