This policy explains what BizPhoto ("the App") collects, why, where it goes, and how long we keep it. It covers only what the App actually does.

We do not collect your contacts, your location, your photo library beyond the single image you pick, or your advertising identifier. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not run any advertising or analytics SDK that does.
Your selfie is sent to the services in §4 for the sole purpose of producing your requested photos. We do not use your photos to train, fine-tune, or improve any model of our own, and we do not sell or license them to anyone.
Generating a professional photo requires an AI image model, and we do not run those models ourselves. When you request a generation, your selfie is sent to:

Kie.ai is listed first because it is the first party to receive your photo: we interact only with Kie.ai, which relays the request to whichever model provider is selected for your tier. Not every generation reaches every provider — which one is used depends on the tier you choose and on our routing at that time. The table above lists every recipient that can receive your photo.
Apple additionally receives your sign-in and purchase activity, as described in §2.
Our servers and the photos stored on them are located in the United States. The recipients in §4 process your photo in the regions listed there. By using the App you understand that your photo will be processed outside your country of residence.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us a photo, email us and we will delete it.
Traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit. Access to stored photos requires short-lived signed links issued to your account.
If we add or change a recipient in §4, or change what we collect, we update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Material changes are announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated policy.
